Hi dearest, I am Astrid.

I am an eternal explorer of life.

Driven by curiosity, and a hunger for depth, I seek the hidden truths of the universe, traverse ancestral traditions, dwell in the depth of emotional embodiment, and witness the blossoming of inner transformation.

During a series of extremely hardcore awakenings in my life, I have, again and again, travelled through the underworld, witnessed and embodied the darkest emotions possible, dragged myself through mud and rot, finally to emerge at the surface - full of love, gratitude, and inspiration.

And so, I have bloomed into the guide I was meant to become. For it is my soul’s purpose to awaken you to your inherent POWER and ability to transform any obstacles on your way - may it be an anxious, stressed, fearful, grieving mind and body, or bodily symptoms of dis-ease.

Finally, it is my mission to provide you with tools of trust and capacity so you can create a safe home within - from which you can allow life to flow through you.

As an adventurous, ever-expanding conscious being, sticking to one single perspective in my work and life, is simply not an option. Naturally, I am drawn to always digging deeper into the rabbit holes, continusly expanding my vision, challenging my perspectives, learning and UNlearning.

Therefore, in my work I move within a broad field, weaved together by somatics, nervous system health, inner child/shadow work, ancestral traditions, yoga/tantra, acupuncture, breathwork, holistic psychology, nutrition (nervous system food), german new medicine, and circadian biology.

A general invitation, when working with me is to question limiting self perceptions, along with at times invisible strings pulled by contemporary society. It is in the Deconditioning, the shedding of the layers that you can awaken to your inherent potential to transform, and move forward as a sovereign, and shining human being.
